Fake hope
As they grow up, kids constantly dream of becoming anything. Their parents, of course, tell them that it is quite possible, as long as they want it.
There is nothing wrong with this, but if your daughter wants to become a unicorn and your 16-year-old son wants to play professional basketball but is 1.60 high, that promise would sound very unseriously … Therefore, it is extremely important when you advise your children ,to not run away from reality. Truth and realism must go hand in hand. Always think about what you say to your children and do not make compromise with that. Stick to the truth, even if it is not pleasant to the little child`s ears. Stop with the phrases you uses, because have a danger of harming your children, rather than helping them. The child’s mind clings to it because it trusted you and began to believe. Do not give fake hope to your children. You can find a way to explain the situation by trying to present it gently and lovingly so as not to discourage the fragile childhood soul.
Dear parents, all of you want your children to be successful and happy. Remember that every advice you give to your child matters. Learn to recognize the problem before searching for the “right” solution and listening to your kids.
